Affordable Housing

Working with state and local authorities, Vantage Pointe has developed a unique opportunity to own a Flats home under the rules and regulations of the Affordable Housing Program.

In short, if you meet certain regulations and fall within a specific income range — also called Area Median Income Level, or AMI, you may be eligible to purchase a home at a very special rate. Below, you will find a table that outlines some of the income criteria.
